PDF export in Office 2007 (在Office 2007匯出PDF)

You may check step 2 first, if you found the PDF option, you may skip step 1

1. First download and install one of the following update 先下載以下其中一個更新
2007 Microsoft Office 增益集：Microsoft 另存 PDF 或 XPS 檔 (smaller one, recommended)
2007 Microsoft Office 套件 Service Pack 3 (SP3) (not recommended unless you know what does that mean)

2. To save PDF files, click the Office icon and select "Save as" -> "PDF or XPS"
點選左上的圓圓Office icon,在另存檔案中選擇 "PDF 或 XPS"


3. Select PDF in "Save as type" 在存檔類型中選擇 PDF

4. Done 完成

注意: 以上方法只能在Office (Word, Powerpoint, etc)中匯出PDF
