Remove virus guideline

To detect and remove virus:

1. Download the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool from the following web site:
   http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/AVPTool/
2. Boot the PC to safe mode.
3. Run the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool to scan the hard disk and remove virus/spyware.

To detect and remove spyware:
Download the following tool,ARSWP, to install, update, scan and remove some spyware:
