設定 Office 2007 使用 Office 2003格式(*.doc)儲存檔案

Office 2007內定使用docx格式去儲存檔案
docx有著檔案小的優點,但舊版Office (eg.Office 2003,XP)不能在沒有安裝檔案格式相容性套件的情況下開啟docx格式檔案,使使用者困惑.
下文將會教授如何設定 Office 2007 使用 Office 2003格式(*.doc)儲存檔案
注意: 使用 Office 2003格式時將會失去所有新功能
注意: Excel,Powerpoint 下需要另外按相似的步驟設定

單一使用 Office 2003格式(*.doc)儲存檔案
1. 點選左上的圓圓Office icon,在另存檔案中選擇 "Word 97-2003文件"


永久使用 Office 2003格式(*.doc)儲存檔案
1. 點選左上的圓圓Office icon,選擇Word選項


2. 在左邊選取儲存, 再在 "以此格式儲存檔案" 中改選 "Word 97-2003文件(*.doc)", 最後按"確定"


注意: 關於方程式的使用
舊格式(*.doc)不能使用新的方程式編輯器,因新格式的方程式在儲存成舊格式會轉成圖片
如要有舊格式(*.doc)插入方程式,請跟隨以下步驟
1. 在插入頁內選取 物件

2. 再選取物件類型為 "Microsoft 方程式編輯器 3.0", 最後按"確定"

3. 再按需要使用
